No. Fuel, tolls, the driver and 9% VAT are always included in the price. What you see in the quote is what you pay — no surprises afterwards.

Yes. For companies, schools and clubs we can invoice you. Just mention you'd like to pay by invoice in your request and we'll arrange it in the quote.

Our fleet ranges from comfortable minibuses (from 8 passengers) to spacious coaches for 41, 49, 61 and 74 passengers. For larger groups of 200+ we combine multiple buses under a single plan.

A minibus is ideal for smaller groups and short to medium trips — quick to board and flexible. A coach offers more comfort, luggage space and seats, and is meant for larger groups and longer distances.

The larger coaches (61 and 74 passengers) have a toilet on board. Every bus has air conditioning, USB chargers and free coffee and tea.

Yes. Our buses are fitted with seat belts — important for school trips and transporting children, among other things. Let us know in your request if children are travelling and we'll take it into account.

Yes. Every bus comes with an experienced, qualified driver who knows the route. Fuel, tolls and VAT are included too.

Always. For long or multi-day trips we plan a second driver or an overnight stay where needed, so you arrive safely and on time. We factor this into your tailored quote in advance.

A drink and a snack on the way is usually fine — just check with your driver. We only ask that you leave the bus tidy, so the next group boards a fresh one too.

Yes. On many trips the bus and driver stay available throughout your outing, event or match. We include this time in the quote so you know exactly where you stand.

Tell us where you want to go, with how many people and when — via the contact form or by phone. We send a tailored quote; once you approve it, the bus is reserved for you.

The earlier the better — demand is high in peak season and around school-trip and event periods. Last minute sometimes works too; give us a call and we'll see what's still possible.

The trip must be paid in full before departure; that confirms your booking for good and guarantees the bus will run. You can pay easily via Wero, Bancontact, credit card (Mastercard/Visa) or bank transfer. Businesses, schools and clubs can pay by invoice.

Changing or cancelling is possible; the terms depend on how far ahead the trip is and what has already been reserved. Any amount already paid is refunded on cancellation in line with the cancellation terms in our terms and conditions. When in doubt, get in touch and we'll think along with you.
