A roadshow is not an ordinary coach trip
On a day out the coach drives there and back. On a roadshow the coach is your base: it is there at eight in the morning, waits at every location, and at the end of the day your material is still exactly where you left it. If the tour runs for several days, the same coach carries on.
That takes different planning. We check in advance whether your daily programme fits within the statutory driving and rest times, and where it doesn't we say so before you send the invitations — not on the day itself.

What does a roadshow by coach cost?
Budget per touring day. A typical roadshow day — 8 hours door to door, ± 200 km, with the coach staying with you — costs around €1,025 – €1,133 with a 19-seat minibus and around €1,445 – €1,597 with a 49-seat coach, including driver, fuel, tolls and 9% VAT. For a multi-day tour, multiply roughly by the number of touring days.
How many locations can we cover in one day?
With a tight schedule, four to six locations are realistic, depending on the distances between them and how long you stay. Allow your programme time plus fifteen minutes per stop for getting on and off. The driver plans the route in advance so you don't have to cut stops halfway through the day.
Does the same driver stay with us for the whole tour?
Where the statutory driving and rest times allow, we keep one driver on the tour — after day one they know your programme and your group. For long consecutive days we plan a changeover or a second driver in advance, so the tour never stalls halfway.
Can we take our equipment along?
Cases, banners and demo material travel in the luggage compartment under the coach or in the back of the minibus. Laptop bags and other hand luggage stay with you in the cabin. For heavy stand construction or pallets, tell us in advance so we can check whether it fits or arrange something separate.
Do you drive roadshows across several countries?
Yes, we drive throughout Europe. For a cross-border tour we account for driving and rest times, driver accommodation and the VAT rate per country, all in one tailored quote.
