How much does it cost to hire a coach in Amsterdam?
It depends on your pickup point, destination, group size and date. As a guide, a full day with the coach staying with you (8 hours, ± 200 km) costs around €1,445 – €1,597 with a 49-seat coach and around €1,025 – €1,133 with a 19-seat minibus. A short airport transfer costs less. Prices include driver, fuel, tolls and 9% Dutch VAT; use the calculator on this page for your own trip.
Can the coach pick us up at our hotel in the city centre?
Not always at the door. Inside the centre, coaches may only stop at designated coach stops, usually on the edge of the old town and close to the main sights. We pick the stop nearest to your hotel or venue; hotels near the RAI, Zuidas or outside the ring can usually be served directly.
Is the coach allowed into Amsterdam's low-emission zone?
Yes. Within the A10 ring road only coaches with a Euro 6 engine or cleaner may enter. Our coaches meet that standard, and our drivers know the city's separate rules for routes, coach stops and parking, so you don't have to arrange any permits yourself.
Can you handle a group larger than one coach?
Yes. Our minibuses seat 16 to 27 passengers and our coaches 41 to 74. For congresses and larger delegations we combine several coaches under one plan, for up to 200+ travellers, with one point of contact for the whole operation.
We are an event agency or DMC. Can we book for our client?
