What does a coach cost for an event in the Netherlands?
For budgeting: a full day with the coach staying with your group (8 hours, ± 200 km) costs around €1,445 – €1,597 with a 49-seat coach and around €1,025 – €1,133 with a 19-seat minibus. Short transfers cost less. All prices include driver, fuel, tolls and 9% Dutch VAT. The calculator on this page prices a single trip; for a full programme we send one quote.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you know the dates, especially for spring (Keukenhof season), large congresses and multi-coach operations. Once the programme is final we can usually turn a quote around within an hour; smaller changes after booking are no problem.
What if the number of guests changes after booking?
Let us know as soon as you have new numbers. We switch to a larger or smaller vehicle or add a coach, and confirm the new price before the event, not afterwards.
How many guests can you move at once?
Our minibuses seat 16 to 27 passengers and our coaches 41 to 74. For larger groups we combine several vehicles under one plan, up to 200+ guests, so a full congress delegation arrives together.
Can one driver stay with the group for long days?
Within the statutory driving and rest times, yes. For long days or early starts after a late night, we plan a driver change or a second driver in advance and tell you before you confirm the programme.
